1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Shasan Tech Sangam website, portal, or associated digital initiatives (JSMP, JSBN, Granth AI, Jain Yuva Bot), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Purpose & Use of the Platform
Shasan Tech Sangam provides digital solutions and informational resources to empower Jain community organizations, facilitate scripture preservation, and modernize community administration. You agree to use these services only for lawful, community-supportive, and respectful purposes in alignment with ethical community standards.
3. User Accounts & Data Sovereignty
When registering on behalf of a Jain Sangh, institution, or personal profile, you agree to provide accurate and updated information. Each Sangh maintains total sovereign ownership over its own member databases, and administrators are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The software architectures, designs, logos, custom algorithms, and published editorial content of Shasan Tech Sangam are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Sacred scriptures and canonical texts belong to the collective heritage of the Jain tradition.
5. Limitation of Liability
Shasan Tech Sangam strives to provide highly available, secure, and reliable digital systems. However, services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation. We are not liable for incidental, direct, or indirect damages arising from third-party integrations or unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
6. Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our portals after revisions indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
